Description
The works involved the removal of the old railway siding at the terminal in Mombasa construction of a temporary diversion, remedying of a difficult soggy foundation, provision of a reinforced concrete raft on a compacted hardcore base, laying of the rail track and all accessories the length of track was 300m long. Provision of rail track turn out and drainage and hard standing.
