Description
Construction of a 300 meter long Rail Track siding with a 60 meter loop line all in a reinforced concrete base to the LPG siding for Kenya Shell/Bp Ltd in Shimanzi Mombasa. The works comprised of removal of existing rail siding, excavating ground to level and concreting a slab on grade with the rails in place.
The track included plain track. At grade crossing track and a turnout all provided in concrete base.
The works also comprised provision ducts for crossing of services and drainage structures.
