Description
The contract is comprised of construction of estate road access to underpass and construction of 2 no underpass connecting Phase I & II to Bitumen standards about 1kms road with asphalt concrete. The the works also include improving the Subgrade, gravel sub base and 150mm hand pack stone for base. the major work also includes construction of footpath on either side of the road including drainage facilities,construction of culverts and road furniture channels.
